POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall curb appeal of commercial properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure and clean and safe atmosphere.
- Empty all waste containers and supply with liners.
- Spray and pull weeds when necessary.
- Trim bushes and trees when directed.
- Spray out and clean trash areas.
- Report and damages or property issues to manager.
- Light maintenance ability required
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
