LLE Education Group is excited to welcome enthusiastic “on-call” Substitute Teachers for our Child Care centers. As a Substitute you will assist in covering key positions. Position information:
- This is an hourly position that is on demand with competitive pay
- Substitutes will be scheduled for all shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
- This position reports to the Center Director
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Ability to travel and cover positions within the district (Stafford, Triangle, Woodbridge, Lorton, Dale City)
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students
- Support children through learning, play, meals, and rest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
- Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
- Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates
- Cover lunch, breaks, and other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
- CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field or equivalent coursework (preferred- High School Diploma or equivalent Required)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a related role for a licensed childcare or educational facility required
- Ability to meet Virginia licensing standards and pass a background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for these positions is between $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
- Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
