Lincoln Land Community College's is currently accepting applications for a student worker to manage concessions during home athletic events.Student Workers will perform the following duties:Set up and close down concession stand in accordance with Athletics department procedures.Provide friendly, efficient customer service to spectators, students, and staff. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments using cash or credit card machine.Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Keep concession areas clean and organized throughout events.Communicate supply needs or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. All LLCC Student Workers have the following institutional responsibilities:Uphold LLCC’s mission, as well as certain standards of conduct within the College and in dealings with students, staff, faculty and the general public.Responsible for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other regulations with regard to confidentiality of and access to student and other institutional records.Student Workers will be paid minimum wage and will be scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week at the main campus.Requirements include the following:Must maintain satisfactory academic progressMust be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) during the semester of employment, with the exception of summer termComplete LLCC’s mandatory harassment prevention training within 30 days of employmentIf working with minors, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.LLCC strives to create an inclusive workplace and environment for our students, faculty and staff.
