AM/PM COOK POSITION

As an AM/PM Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting the dishes that make Blue Bayou a local favorite. Working alongside a talented team, you’ll help ensure every plate meets our high standards of quality and taste. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting who’s ready to take their skills to the next level.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy shifts.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
