Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care to individuals in a home setting.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring them safely from beds to wheelchairs.
- Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by completing household chores.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- CPR and first aide certified.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
- Must be able to lift/assist with mobility.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
