Reports To: Senior Operations Management
Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour

Location:
Scottsdale, Arizona 85255

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 8:00AM to 4:30PM (with a 30-min lunch break)

Position Overview

The Janitorial Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and quality control of janitorial services at Portico North Scottsdale Condominiums. This role ensures that all cleaning services are performed in accordance with the contracted scope of work, LJ’s Cleaning Solutions Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), OSHA requirements, and professional janitorial standards. The Supervisor serves as the primary on‐site leadership representative and point of contact for property management during scheduled service hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on‐site janitorial staff and daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure all common areas, hallways, elevators, restrooms, clubhouse, gym, pool areas, trash rooms, exterior areas, and amenities are cleaned per scope.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly.
• Communicate professionally with property management regarding service needs or issues.
• Ensure proper use of janitorial equipment, supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, uniform standards, and professional conduct.
• Ensure staff accountability through digital checklists and photo documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Word.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written scopes of work, SOPs, and safety documentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with property management, residents, and facility staff.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing janitorial duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Full compliance with OSHA, PPE, chemical handling, and safety requirements.

Digital Accountability:

All supervisory duties and inspections must be documented using LJ’s Cleaning Solutions’ digital management system. The Supervisor must be able to use a tablet or mobile phone to complete digital checklists, navigate applications, and take photos to verify completed work.

Candidates are expected to present a professional, appearance and wear the full company-issued uniform while on duty.
