Job Summary
LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable and professional Custodial Services Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff schedules.
- Conduct quality inspections and team meetings.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee training.
- Communicate with HR, clients, vendors, and management.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed.
- Train on warehouse operations and industrial equipment.
Requirements
- Current resume required for consideration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to wear required PPE and work around cleaning chemicals.
Important: This position must be your primary and only job due to on-call responsibilities.
