Facility Maintenance Supervisor (Working Supervisor)

Location: Greenwood, IN
Pay: $20/hr Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is hiring a hands-on leader to supervise operations and work alongside the team to maintain high cleaning standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of cleaning staff
- Perform inspections and ensure quality standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients and corporate leadership
- Work side-by-side with your team when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
- 2 years janitorial or facility maintenance experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with email, reports, and basic office systems

- Pass background check
- Available full-time on-call
