Job Summary
Fleet Cleaning Assistant Supervisor
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 4PM-12:30AM
Pay: $19/hour, bi-weekly pay

The position for the Fleet Cleaning Assistant Supervisor (AS) requires that the successful candidate for this position hold this as their primary and only job, as the AS is required to be on-call. The ability to work a flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service. This position provides support to the Site Supervisor in managing daily fleet-care operations and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the daily cleaning and detailing of city transportation vehicles. This includes exterior cleaning such as pressure washing, hand and brush scrubbing, window cleaning, polishing, and use of specialized equipment and interior cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and window cleaning, etc.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all vehicles meet established cleanliness standards.
- Assist with managing team operations, including delegating work, monitoring breaks, and tracking timekeeping.
- Provide clear guidance and hands-on support to detailing staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with familiarity with office equipment such as computers/laptops, printers, work phones, and radios.
- Ensure the work environment remains safe, clean, and well-organized at all times.
This position is typically working in outside weather conditions. This work requires frequent movement such as bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. You will be working in cramped spaces for extended periods of time, as well as climbing, no higher than 4ft. You must be able to lift heavy items, no heavier than 40lbs, and comply with all PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in related fields, such as fleet care or custodial fields
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
The Fleet Cleaning Assistant Supervisor must have the ability to represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining physical appearance (uniforms provided), and must be comfortable maintaining professional relationships with our clients and vendors. The AS must have a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and policies, as well as local requirements in relation to all assigned work.
