Overview

Part of the IT/Digital team, you are the driving force behind the technological infrastructure of the organization. By working directly with colleagues across all functions, you will help ensure that all software applications and digital resources are secure, efficient, and effective. Your expertise must span across a wide range of subjects, and your contributions are essential in a world heavily reliant on technology. With strong problem solving and project management skills, you will help maintain the organization’s ability to function globally.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst (UKG Pro) individual to drive the stability and efficiency of our HR systems. You will independently configure, troubleshoot, and optimize UKG Pro/Kronos environments, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring data integrity with minimal supervision. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Piscataway, New Jersey.

Job Description:

  • System Operations: Maintain HR systems with a focus on configuration, reliable operations, and executing system updates.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document HR system requirements and process flows.
  • Technical Support: Independently troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, minimizing the need for external vendor or manager intervention.
  • Testing & Integration: Execute integration testing for new features, releases, and system components.
  • Adoption: Create technical documentation and assist with end-user training to drive system proficiency.
  • Optimization: Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement incremental system improvements.
  • Willingness to travel internationally or domestically once a year for workshops or requirement meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience supporting and configuring UKG Pro HR systems.
  • Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR workflows and best practices in system support.
  • Autonomy: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues independently.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Support Responsiveness: Deliver timely, high-quality resolution of system issues with minimal supervision.
  • System Improvement: Identify configuration adjustments that enhance functionality or user experience.
  • Integration Quality: Ensure error-free testing and support for system rollouts and updates.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate documentation to support user self-sufficiency and training.
  • Collaboration: Effectively partner with HR and IT to achieve support goals and project timelines.
  • User Satisfaction: Maintain high user engagement and satisfaction through reliable service delivery.

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx annually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
