This role is essential to ensuring data integrity and supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and process data in the Production environment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle various office duties, including document management and information verification.
- Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional tasks as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior office experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with potential overtime as needed (including holidays).
- Must pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Must be able to sit and work at a desk for extended periods.
- Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (One-on-one training provided)
- Regular Hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional overtime and also work the Saturday prior to any Monday that celebrates a holiday (Memorial Day and Labor Day as examples).
