Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, lobby areas, and public spaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready and inspected on time
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures
- Provide friendly and professional guest interactions when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Strong skills in sanitation practices and attention to detail in cleanliness standards.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
