LivSmart Home Services is seeking experienced insulation and air sealing subcontractors serving Saginaw, Bay City and surrounding communities.
Our residential energy efficiency projects help eligible households improve comfort and reduce energy costs through funded home upgrades. We’re looking for reliable crews interested in an ongoing subcontractor relationship.
Primary Scope of Work
- Attic insulation
- Air sealing gaps, penetrations, and other sources of air leakage
- Knee wall and rim joist insulation and air sealing
- Wall and basement insulation on occasion
Requirements
- Residential insulation and air sealing experience
- Appropriate licensing and insurance for the work performed
- Your own crew, tools, equipment, and transportation
- Reliable scheduling and professional customer service
- Ability to follow project specifications and provide required completion photos
