We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Associate to join our team for short-term rental properties. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at our hospitality locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. Bilingual abilities, especially in hotel management and guest relations, are highly valued. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained
- Assist with night audit procedures and other front desk operations as needed
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hospitality setting
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage phone etiquette professionally
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary
- Hospitality management background is a plus but not mandatory; relevant experience in guest relations highly valued
- Must be willing to help with minor maintenance tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
