We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a part time position (maximum 16 hours per week)
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating services for individuals of all ages with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. This role involves meeting with individuals and families in their homes in Livingston County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual service plans for clients with developmental disabilities
- Coordinate with behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
