We are seeking a full- time Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full- time position. Hours will be split between travel within Livingston and Grundy counties . Must have valid driver's license and ability to pass background check. Hybrid schedule available following successful completion of probationary period.
The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating services for individuals of all ages with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. This role involves meeting with individuals and families in their homes in Livingston County and surrounding areas.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
