Responsibilities
- Supervise all field activities and manage on-site construction crews
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to plan daily operations
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
- Maintain detailed daily logs and progress reports
- Identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts in the field
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
- Communicate project status and issues to Project Manager
- Ensure proper documentation of as-built conditions
- Manage punch list items and project closeout activities
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on construction experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction methods and best practices
- Experience with ground-up construction, tenant fit-outs, and renovations
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Excellent leadership and crew management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with hospitality, retail, or restaurant construction preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and mobile tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
