We are seeking a passionate and inspiring spirit filled Praise & Worship Leader to guide our congregation in heartfelt worship experiences. This vital role involves leading musical worship sessions, fostering an atmosphere of spiritual connection, and encouraging active participation from the community. Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and spirit-filled praise and worship sessions during church services and special events (Mostly Contemporary)
- One rehearsal and two Sunday Morning Services weekly. (possible Wednesday night student service)
- Select appropriate songs and musical arrangements that align with the message and season of worship
- Coordinate with pastors, musicians, and volunteers to ensure seamless worship experiences
- Mentor and develop team members, musicians, and vocalists to enhance their skills and confidence
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages congregation participation and spiritual openness
- Oversee the musical equipment, including instruments, sound systems, and microphones, ensuring optimal performance
- Plan rehearsals, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a team-oriented environment focused on excellence in worship
