Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Front Desk Lead & Clinic Coordinator based in League City, TX. The role includes managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, updating medical records, and supporting the clinic's day-to-day activities. The person in this role will also facilitate efficient communication between clients and healthcare providers, staff, and other departments of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, staff, and providers
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Basic understanding of Medical Terminology and Medicine to support clinic operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling appointments and administrative tasks
- Proficiency with office software and systems commonly used in medical or clinical settings
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Relevant work experience or equivalent education in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
