Living Souls Home Care is a newly established Personal Assistance Services Agency (PASA) currently in the Delaware state licensing and startup phase. We are preparing to launch a compassionate, high-quality home care agency serving Kent County and surrounding communities.
We are seeking an experienced Director to provide leadership and support as we complete our startup process and prepare for operations. This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare or home care professional who is interested in helping build an agency from the ground up and making a meaningful impact in the community.
The Director will serve as the agency’s leader responsible for supporting the overall management, operational readiness, and compliance of the Personal Assistance Services Agency in accordance with Delaware PASA requirements.
Qualifications Required:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or home care supervisory experience.
- Experience that meets Delaware PASA Director requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to support agency development, compliance, and quality standards.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Director, Administrator, Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead within healthcare or home care.
- Experience with caregiver supervision, client care coordination, and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing leadership and oversight during the startup and operational phases.
- Assisting with final licensing requirements and agency readiness.
- Supporting policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting with caregiver recruitment, training, and supervision processes.
- Helping establish quality standards and best practices for client care.
Compensation:
- $300/month during the startup and licensing phase while the agency prepares to begin providing services.
- As Living Souls Home Care grows and begins serving clients, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted based on agency growth, responsibilities, and operational needs.
