The Crest at Princeton Meadows is a thriving 700 apartment home community seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with maintenance, property management, or facilities experience who is looking to grow their career into a future leadership role. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will work alongside our Property Manager and Maintenance Manager to ensure daily operations run efficiently, residents receive exceptional service, and preventative maintenance programs stay on track. This position plays a critical role in supporting our property.What You'll Do
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance work orders.
- Answer maintenance-related resident calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Help delegate work orders to maintenance technicians and monitor completion.
- Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and recurring property inspections.
- Coordinate apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready on schedule.
- Follow up with residents regarding completed service requests.
- Walk the property regularly to identify maintenance concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with vendor scheduling and project coordination.
- Assist with move out inspections.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Learn all aspects of apartment maintenance operations and company standards.
- Partner with the Property Manager and Maintenance Manager to improve operational efficiency.
- Support emergency maintenance coordination when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or maintenance coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and property management software.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
