About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of the community—welcoming prospective residents, delivering engaging tours, and guiding them through the leasing process. You’ll work closely with the onsite team to support occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and convert leads into leases
- Process applications, screenings, and lease documents accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate move-ins with maintenance and operations
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist with lease renewals, resident retention, and community engagement
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to outreach efforts
- Maintain a clean and welcoming leasing office and tour path
- Help with daily administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Day Shift
- On-site at our Norwalk, CT property
- Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and leasing commissions
