Position Overview
We’re looking for a Leasing Agent who’s ready to bring energy, urgency, and excellence to our company, You’ll be the face of the property, the voice behind every follow-up, and the closer who turns tours into signed leases. If you’ve got a background in customer service or sales, this is your chance to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role where your hustle is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
- Give standout apartment tours that lead to signed leases
- Respond fast to leads via phone, email, and online platforms
- Deliver VIP-level service to prospects and current residents
- Support on-site marketing and outreach efforts
- Follow up consistently because every lead counts
- Assist with move-ins, lease renewals, and community events
- Maintain accurate records in systems like Yardi or RentCafe
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year in customer service or sales (property management is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfortable with tech and CRM platforms
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- A driven, team-oriented, can’t-stop-won’t-stop attitude
