Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Franklin Park, NJ. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing rental inquiries, conducting property showings, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process. Additional tasks include processing rental applications, completing lease agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for marketing available properties, assisting with maintenance requests, and ensuring property readiness. Must be willing to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in property showings and managing rental inquiries
- Proficient in processing rental applications and completing lease agreements
- Marketing and property management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
