Innovative Teacher for a One-Room Schoolhouse K5-12th grades

Position Overview
This role involves team teaching across all grade levels and subject areas in a collaborative, one-room schoolhouse environment. You’ll work alongside fellow educators to design and guide hands-on, project-based experiences that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a teaching team to plan and implement project-based learning experiences
- Teach and support students across multiple grade levels
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom community
- Integrate core subjects into real-world, meaningful projects
- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Passion for innovative and student-centered education
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for teaching multiple subjects and ages
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with or interest in project-based learning (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree required
