As a community living coordinator for Living Innovations you will be responsible for supporting Living Innovations mission, vision, and values within the region you are responsible for. To accomplish this you must serve as a role model for LI's values (as outlined on our website) and provide leadership, supervision, professional development and growth opportunities to all assigned staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of all services and programs for individuals supported in your region. Customer service will be crucial in your new role. You will be responsible for a positive and productive program with overall morale of staff and satisfaction for the individuals and families supported.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in social services, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required for Children’s Services Coordinator
• One or more years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and current vehicle insurance declaration
• Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations, policies
• Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs
