Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office suite applications with accuracy and speed
- Excel minimum of 5 years experience
- Coordinate calendar management for managers, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently
- Support office management functions including supply ordering, inventory control, and facility upkeep
- Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel minimum 5 years)
- Experience with accounting to assist office management.
