Duties

- Offer specialized counseling for chronic pain management and pediatrics as needed.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress.
- Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Therapist in the state of practice.
- Experience in mental health counseling, with skills in crisis management and patient care.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques and behavioral therapy practices.
- Knowledge of chronic pain counseling methods is preferred.
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
