Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of Concierge Clinical Services, a founding-level leadership role within our private-pay recovery division. This position blends executive clinical oversight with hands-on patient care, program development, and strategic growth.
You will act as both the clinical architect and field leader, setting the standard for high-end, concierge-level nursing care while building and leading a team of elite clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all skilled and post-surgical recovery cases from intake through discharge
- Conduct in-home clinical assessments, obtain physician orders, and open cases
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans aligned with physician directives
- Maintain a strong field presence delivering high-level RN care to select clients
- Design, implement, and refine post-surgical recovery protocols
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Concierge Clinical Nurses
- Ensure clinical excellence and a luxury-level client experience
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and service expansion
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania)
- 5 years of skilled nursing or post-surgical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Executive presence with polished communication and professionalism
- Experience in home care, private duty, or concierge care preferred
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
