Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to help their clients find the perfect homes
- Share clear, written feedback to fine-tune clients’ home search preferences
- Assist in writing and negotiating offers alongside sales agents and clients
- Spend at least 10 hours a week generating new leads
- Take part in team activities to stay connected and engaged
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate license
- Enjoy connecting with people and take pride in building and nurturing professional relationships
