We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide mental health support, primarily for clients with PTSD.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques, including applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in care coordination, transition meetings, and discharge planning.
- Engage in clinical research to improve practices and outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; experience with youth preferred; strong assessment and communication skills; knowledge of ABA techniques a plus; commitment to professional development.
Details: Full-time, part-time, or contract roles at $45-$50/hour; up to 20 hours/week; in-person work location.
