We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide mental health support, especially for individuals with PTSD.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions using applied behavior analysis and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in transition and discharge planning.
- Engage in clinical research to improve practices and outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; experience with youth preferred; knowledge of ABA techniques; strong assessment and communication skills; commitment to professional growth.
Details: Full-time, part-time, or contract; $45-$50/hour; up to 20 hours/week; in-person work location.
