We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations in a single-room ambulatory surgery center. This full-time role combines administrative leadership with active clinical involvement, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff; participate in recruitment and training.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to optimize operations.
- Ensure adherence to policies, AAAHC standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications: Active RN license in Alaska, BSN required (Master’s preferred), 5 years of clinical nursing, 2-3 years leadership experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in EMR and MS Office.
