Role Overview: Responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments within scope of practice and unit standards.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies.
