- Supervise, mentor, and support Physical Therapists, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional growth.
- Lead team meetings, delegate projects, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with physicians and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with policies and evidence-based standards, promoting service excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, equipment selection, and program development.
- Coordinate student internships, support operational challenges, and assist with staff onboarding and orientation.
- Coach staff towards clinical excellence and professional development.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with expertise in outpatient care.
- Leadership experience in staff supervision, program development, and community outreach.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Montana licensure or eligibility.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
