Physical Therapist – PRN

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, enhancing their mobility, strength, and independence.

Key duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical abilities.
• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans.
• Providing interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Educating residents and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with standards.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include:

• Doctorate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
