Responsibilities:
- Develops and revises treatment plans with patient and family input, providing education and discharge instructions.
- Collaborates with physicians to establish and evaluate ongoing treatment programs and discharge plans.
- Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education per departmental standards.
- Maintains ethical practices, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication.
- Participates in staff meetings, process improvement, and professional development activities.
- Provides excellent customer service, fostering teamwork and a positive environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist and Georgia state licensure upon hire.
- Current BLS certification.
- Effective communication, customer service focus, team orientation, and basic computer skills.
