We are seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee mental health and behavioral health services.
- Must hold or be eligible for a WV RN license with supervisory experience.
- Supervise nursing services, coordinate care plans, and ensure proper medication management.
- Provide staff relief and training, maintain accurate records, and adhere to ethical standards.
- Require knowledge of mental illness, behavioral sciences, and treatment of clients with psychiatric or developmental disabilities.
- Strong assessment, independent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
