We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and develop individualized care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
- Document patient care in medical records and collaborate with team members
- Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists as needed
Qualifications: Current state license, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.
