- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
