Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving meals according to resident's dietary needs
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
- Support kitchen staff with food prep, dishwashing, and stocking
- Ensure residents receive meals in a timely, respectful manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
- Previous dietary aide or food service experience REQUIRED (healthcare or senior living preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
