Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Freeport office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be closely involved in building a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and general office communication
- Organize documents, files, and internal systems
- Assist with vendor coordination and general office operations
- Support leadership with daily priorities, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and outreach
- Assist with LifeSoil’s social media (LinkedIn, etc.), including content posting and basic engagement
- Help create simple content (posts, captions, updates) as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in administrative, operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Self-starter with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups or small teams
- Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or climate tech
- Basic marketing or content creation skills
