- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair of Audi vehicles.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Audi models, features, and service requirements.
- Upsell additional services and accessories based on customers' needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs performed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably with Audi vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $20.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than performance.
Salary : $20
