Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Video Production Lead, located on-site in Green Bay, WI. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production projects, leading production broadcasts, ensuring quality control across all stages of production, guiding team members, and operating in various positions during our live production broadcasts. The Video Production Lead will also be responsible for in-house editing for certain projects such as post-produced network TV shows, motion graphics elements for different race series, ingesting and organizing event footage among many other projects and tasks. This position will also require some occasional travel in the US and potentially international.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in film/video or relevant work experience equivalent
- Strong skills in production preparation, execution, and critical problem solving
- Excellent communication abilities, including collaboration and feedback
- Effective organization skills and project management
- Attention to detail to ensure quality control throughout the production process
- Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI
- Experience in TV broadcasting
- Knowledge or experience in motorsports is a huge plus
- Proficient with Adobe Suite - Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom
- Skilled at video editing & production is required. Graphic design ability is a plus
- Valid driver's license, passport, and travel ability
Job Compensation and Benefits:
Shift Time and Days - Traditional weekday, some weekends. Normal hours in office, ranging hours for productions and events
