DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION (Part-Time)

Location: On-site – Lively Up HQ, Muskegon, MI
Schedule: THURSDAYS (weekly), Wednesdays (every 2 weeks) - More hours with growth.
Hours: 7-23 hours
Pay: $150 local deliveries (thursdays) flat rate, $250 SE Michigan (Ann Arbor Region) (Every 2 weeks)

Role Overview
Lively Up Kombucha Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering bottled and kegged kombucha to our wholesale accounts throughout Michigan. Ensuring our grocery products are stocked and properly merchandised is crucial. As a Lively Up Delivery Driver, you are the face of LUK to each account and have a direct influence on our customer relationships and their satisfaction. You'll leverage your awesome attitude and passion for continuous improvement to foster strong relationships with our grocery partners and retail teams, facilitating the growth of the Lively Up brand and product sales. You'll wear many hats while conducting yourself according to Lively Up's values: Integrity, quality and Initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Print picklist and invoices at Headquarters in the morning of each shift.
- Load van of kegs and cases for delivery day
- Prepare and deliver orders to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction
- Represent Lively Up at accounts with a positive & helpful attitude
- Merchandise shelves at select accounts and maintain kegerator maintenance at select accounts.
- Drive through various forms of traffic (city, highway, construction) abiding to all laws, care and attention to detail.

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability and community.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lb kegs.
- Ideal position for someone looking for reliable part time work; someone partially retired; musician, artist or freelancer looking for additional work.
