Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team as a field sales and demo specialist for the Ann Arbor and Detroit Metro region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers in various locations to promote our products, deliver compelling demos, and create memorable experiences that drive brand awareness and sales. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will be key to your success. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing, sales, and public speaking skills while representing a vibrant brand in the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations at retail locations, events, and promotional venues to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Collect valuable customer data during interactions to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies.
- Manage social media accounts by sharing live updates, photos, videos, and promotional content to boost brand visibility online.
- Organize and participate in local events and marketing campaigns to increase brand presence within the community.
- Maintain a professional relationship with store managers to ensure our brand is respected on the floor.
- Report before & after photos of the shelf and submitting a brief digital report after every event.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or event marketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with data collection tools or social media management platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly and engagingly.
- Reporting: Taking before & after photos of the shelf and submitting a brief digital report after every event.
- Commitment: Commitment to a minimum of 4 events per month. Each event is 3/4 hours in store.
