Medical Alert Sales Representative
LiveFree Emergency Response is hiring motivated Sales Representatives to help customers find the right medical alert system for themselves or their loved ones. Our products help seniors and individuals with medical concerns live more safely and independently, knowing help is available at the press of a button.
This is a phone-based sales position for someone who is confident, coachable, reliable, and motivated by performance-based pay.
Pay & Incentives
We offer base pay plus uncapped commission. The average Sales Representative earns an additional $500-$3,000 per month in commissions.
Average hourly pay combined with commission: $16.00-$30.00/hour
Additional cash bonuses and incentives are available daily, weekly, and monthly.
Employees fluent in Spanish earn an additional $1.00 per hour.
Performance-based pay raise available immediately after the probationary period.
Full-time representatives are eligible for benefits after 60 days, including health benefits and earned paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Speak with potential customers by phone and explain our medical alert products
- Help customers understand how a medical alert system can improve safety and peace of mind
- Build trust, answer questions, and recommend the best option for each customer
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer notes
- Stay coachable and apply feedback from managers and trainers
Qualifications
- Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required for the right person
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly and listen to customer needs
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
