Position Overview

The Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for driving execution, production, and accountability in the field. This role owns the day-to-day performance of the job site-ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to LiveCo's quality standards.

You are the field leader who implements what is planned-driving trades, solving problems in real time, and keeping the job moving forward. You set the pace, hold the line on expectations, and ensure the project stays aligned with the timeline established by the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Drive daily and weekly production to stay on or ahead of schedule
• Manage subcontractors and enforce accountability to scope, quality, and timelines
• Plan ahead-understanding trade sequencing and material lead times
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and job site compliance
• Conduct regular site walks to ensure workmanship and progress meet expectations
• Solve field issues quickly to prevent delays and disruptions
• Communicate real-time updates to the Project Manager and General Superintendent
• Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of commercial construction field leadership experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
• Deep understanding of construction drawings and field execution
• Proven leadership presence on active job sites
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
