Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide high-quality, critical care to patients with serious medical conditions in a fast-paced, high-acuity stepdown setting. Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient safety, effective treatment, and positive outcomes.
Key Duties
- Deliver direct nursing care for patients requiring stepdown-level monitoring
- Assess patient condition and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and coordinate care in line with clinical protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Maintain a safe, high-standard environment of care
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in stepdown or critical care settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and rapid response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to perform reliably in high-pressure environments
