- identify, diagnose, and rehabilitate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- manage departmental programs and supervise services
- offer counseling to patients and families
- strong communication and hearing abilities
- knowledge of medical terminology
- experience with videofluoroscopy and dysphagia therapy is preferred
- a Master’s or doctoral degree
- Speech Language Pathology License
- ASHA Certification
