• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans with the care team.
• Educate residents and families on strategies to improve speech and swallowing.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon license.
• CPR certification and at least six months’ experience preferred.
